Terms of Service

Every adult depicted in an uploaded photo must authorize their appearance. You keep rights in your input and grant only the permission needed to process the request and enforce these rules. AI can vary in face, body, clothing, movement and timing; inspect the complete result. A prompt or reference is not a guarantee of exact fidelity.

Do not present output as real footage. Obtain any additional rights needed for a song, reference, choreography, likeness or commercial use. Closing the page or deleting a file does not cancel upstream processing already begun.

Like Jennie AI lets you create a photo-based AI group-dance video from one adult photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

You may not use the service to create, upload or share any of the following. Our content-safety checks and reviewers apply these standards to photos and videos.

Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, or intimate content of a real person without their consent.

Violent or gory content: graphic violence, gore, torture, self-harm, or content that glorifies or incites violence.

Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or promotes discrimination or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic, including hate symbols.

Child safety: any sexual or unsafe content involving minors. We do not accept photos of minors, we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities and we close the account.

Deepfakes and impersonation: content that impersonates a real person, or shows a person doing or saying something they did not do, without their consent or in order to deceive.

Copyright and trademark: content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other third-party rights.

We may block uploads, refuse or remove videos, and suspend or close accounts that break these standards, without refund of used credits. To report content, use our report page.

You may use outputs only where you have the necessary permissions. Receiving a file does not grant music, reference-video, choreography or third-party likeness rights. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage of an event.

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used credits.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, and credits from packs do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout, whose terms also apply. No subscription is purchased automatically in the current service.

If you were charged twice, received no credits, or received a corrupted file, submit the order or task ID through the Contact page. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Deleting a file or account is not a refund request. This policy does not remove consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

If a submitted task fails, times out or is blocked before delivery, the applicable generation credits are returned to your balance automatically. This is a credit return, not an automatic refund of the original payment.

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Use our Contact page with your order ID.

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will restore the credits after review.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take several business days to appear, depending on the provider and your bank.

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
